It focuses on identifying essential digital and sustainability skills for marketing professionals, adapting VET and Higher Education curricula, and providing specific training courses. Key activities include needs and gap analysis, development of educational materials, curriculum adaptation, and the implementation of a micro-credential system to certify new skills.
